Possible inconveniences after the procedure
Pain, weak arm strength, poor mobility.
This is a disease which causes the fingers to contract. It is genetic. It usually affects older men.
The treatment is surgical – a strip of subcutaneous tissue causing the deformation is cut out.
A consequence of the disease is the inability to stretch fingers.
